• Alleviating back tension and tightness. Our approach incorporates a gentle to firm pressure, focusing on key areas like the shoulder blades, lower back, and glutes for an effective relief. OR • A head to shoulder massage where you’ll be comfortably lying on your back for the whole treatment. We gently stretch your neck and shoulders, easing any tension, using deep relaxation techniques. Followed by a head massage with gentle hair pulls to release any remaining tension and an optional face massage to leave you feeling completely renewed. • 45min treatment • 15min set up/prep & set down/feedback
